Treescapes2020

July 1 - July 2

2 day conference bringing the future of trees, woodlands and forests into focus.

Tickets are sold per day.

On Friday 3rd July we would like to offer the opportunity for attendees to visit the BIFoR Free-Air Carbon Dioxide Enrichment (FACE) facility. The facility – which aims to increase the understanding of the dynamic response of forests to environmental change – is one of only two worldwide, and the only one in the Northern Hemisphere. The cost is dependant on numbers but expected to be £15 – £30. If numbers are not sufficient, the trip may not run. When purchasing event tickets you will be asked whether you are interested in this visit.

Treescapes202 is a unique event being led by early career researchers from a number of UK universities and disciplines to stimulate conversations between the research and woodland practitioner communities. The aim is to capture the priorities and concerns of stakeholders and to influence future research agendas and practices.
